Counselling For Teens

Counselling for teens is built on safety and respect. Our counsellors have experience supporting teens from all walks of life, and sometimes talking to someone outside of the family just feels safer. No matter how hard we try, teens need to connect with someone who isn’t a parent. Often, teens connect with a counsellor in a way they just can’t with family because they are afraid of disappointing a loved one. That’s why our counsellors work with teens to build healthy relationships and keep them on track.

What can counselling for teens accomplish?

It is never too soon to reach out for help. Maybe you think your child is suffering from anxiety or depression. Perhaps they struggle with perfectionism and stress at school. Or, you’re scared your child is involved in crime, abusing drugs or being bullied. It’s also possible you have no idea what might be wrong. But you just know things aren’t quite right. So talk to them and see if they might be open to counselling. Counselling for teens is available on a sliding scale. As a result, we hope we can reach as many youth as possible.
