Pre and Postpartum Depression Counselling

Pregnancy and motherhood can be a very emotional time.  It can be filled with joy, excitement and happiness, and it can be filled with anxiety, fear or uncertainty. Pregnancy is an important time to focus on your health. That includes your mental heath. Our emotions affect baby; both in the womb and after birth.
